1. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERINTENDENT
Job responsibilities :
- Assist in bookkeeping closing, including to monitor the reconciliation ledgers with the subledgers, checking the completeness and accuracy of transactions, finalizing the closing process
- Prepare monthly reporting package on timely basis
- Assis in prepare the monthly management reporting
- Assist in monitoring actual cash disbursement realisation, including monitoring the preparation of biweekly cash budget
- Monitoring tax consultants performance in tax calculation/payment/reporting
- Assist in following up and responding any tax questions and/or tax audit
- As the Successor of the existing Managers
Job requirement :
- Bachelor Degree in Economic, min GPA 3.00 from reputable universities
- Having min 4 years experience in Finance & Accounting area
- Having experience in handling month-end closing
- Having experience in preparing monthly management report, including prepare the variance analysis
- Having experience in dealing with banks in regards to resolve day-to-day issues on banking transactions
- Having experience in big four accounting firm
- Familiar with ERP System
- Familiar with IFRS. An understanding to BAPEPAM reporting standards, in an advantage

Job responsibilities :
- Processing and reconciling income, invoicing or billing, collections, data entry, bank deposits, accounts management and preparation of financial reports and income statements
- Receive and verify invoice and requisitions for goods and services
- Data enter invoices for payment and record all cheques
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents
Job requirement :
- Minimum D3 (Diploma 3 Degree) from Accounting major with min. GPA 3.00 of 4
- Have minimum 1 year of experience in Account Receivable area
- Excellent interpersonal skills, bookkeeping skills, analytical and problem solving skills
- High concern for order and quality, detail oriented and accuracy

3. CIVIL INSPECTOR
Job responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring and coordinating subcontractor performance and progress on the construction of the power plant civil works to ensure that construction is done as according to specification, design and schedule.
- Monitor subcontractor’s performance on the construction of the power plant’s civil works to ensure that construction is done as according to design.
- Identify civil design issues during the construction of the power plant’s civil works and to recommend and coordinate action plans to ensure corrective action is taken.
- Monitor and report subcontractor’s construction progress for the power plant’s civil works to ensure construction is done on schedule and to recommend corrective actions for any civil engineering issues.
- Identify potential cost-effective equipment modification that has the potential to improve performance, reliability and safety.
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of instructions regarding the construction of the power plant’s civil facilities from the Civil Team Leader and Civil Engineering Manager to ensure construction is done as according to the agreed design.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities regarding the construction of civil facilities for the power plant and to monitor the progress and performance of the subcontractors to ensure that the power plant’s civil facilities is constructed on schedule and on spec.
Job requirement
- Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) majoring in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position (from Power Plant Construction, Oil & Gas and Heavy Industry)
- Required Competencies : Civil Engineering, Construction Methods, System Analysis

- Assist the Project Director in managing various contracts

- Participate in the site budgeting process as needed
- Establish and maintain regular communications and consultations (formal and informal) with primary points of contact involved in the project such as consultants, contractors and other staff
- Review and oversee tender documents and quotations
- Responsible for calling tender/ quotations
Job requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or business having project managed a power plant in a commercial/ contracts role.
- At least ten (10) years relevant management experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience in negotiating contracts and commercial terms
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant codes for the power plant construction
- Ability to drive team of by providing right directions to complete the activities in time and within budget
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Ability to communicate well with team members and also possess excellent team building skills
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with EPC contractors, Consultants, managers, fellow employees, and representatives of the regulatory agencies.

Job responsibilities :
- Managing above all the working files that are being worked in the Legal Division, including preparing a bundle of documents that have been signed at the time the work has been completed to ensure any working files have accurate information.
